Code	Description

A	Vehicles with 26,001 GVWR or more and towed unit 
	is 10,001 GVWR or more

B	Vehicles with 26,001 GVWR or more and towed unit
	is less than 10,001 GVWR

C	Vehicles with 26,000 GVWR or less and either 16
	passenger design or hazmat, non-commercial 
	operator

D	Chauffeur - valid only with class 1,2,3 endorsement

M	Motorcycle

0	ID Card only

1	Old "operator" code, no longer utilized

2	Old "non-commercial operator" code, no longer 
	utilized

6	Old "instruction permit" code, no longer utilized
