License Status Codes

Code		Translation

VALID - License is valid

EXPIRED - License has expired and is no longer valid

SUSPENDED - License is suspended for a period of time and the driver is 
No longer allowed to operate the vehicle during that period of time.

REVOKED - License is revoked for a period of time (due to serious convictions) 
And the driver is no longer allowed to operate a vehicle during that period of time.

DECEASED - Information received stating the driver is deceased.

PROBATION - Driver is on probation during a period of time.  Driver is allowed 
To operate a vehicle.

SURRENDR/WV - Driver has moved to another state and surrendered the 
License to WV after getting issued another state’s license.

UNLICENSED - Driver is not licensed and is probably suspended for a period
Of time before being able to get a license.

EXP/PROBATN - Driver is on probation and license expires, driver will renew
License in the allotted amount of time.  After license is renewed, the driver is
Still on probation.

                   VALID/NLOCK - License is valid with an interlock restriction.  This is not a code,
